First time i've ever been sailing in hail/sleet!! Still bearable conditions but wind swung to Northerly after lunch and became incredibly gusty. Tried the 9m and conditions were just far too gusty...kite did feel very fast and is probably awesome in cleaner wind..maybe this is the looping machine? we'll just have to wait for better wind!

After packing up noticed Derek headed out on my old 10m Gaastra GXR, and he was blasting his way through the waves! He has really improved and I thought he was looking super confident on the water and in the really gusty conditions.
